China’s giant retailer JD announced it will take two years to realize a 20-month salary per year for retail employees,Blue Night (2024) Hindi Web Series with the company’s other sectors to follow suit. Procurement, sales, and other “frontline staff” are among those spotlighted by JD’s salary increases, with the group having already had their fixed salaries doubled on the first day of 2024.
